Malachite is a mineral composed of 57% copper. The origin of its name is Greek and refers to its green color. Although malachite is usually green, malachite also exists in blue, however the latter is more difficult to find.

Nowadays, its most frequent use is jewelery, since it is a semiprecious stone with which various jewels are made for both women and men.

As for the beliefs about this stone, there are many, all agree that this stone is the crystal of hope for what attracts success and good energies but it can also attract and amplify the negatives by what should be used with caution and in moderation.
